Double Dutch Initiation:

A Friendly Moment for Everyone

Flexible Formats Adapted to All Contexts

We offer several initiation formats adapted to your needs:

  • Free initiation: ideal for events with a fluctuating audience, where people can join or leave the activity at their own pace.

  • Classic initiation: more structured sessions to experience double dutch through fun games, perfect for defined groups.

A Fun Learning Approach Based on Communication and Mutual Support

Our initiations encourage communication, cooperation and respect between participants, in a fun and dynamic atmosphere.
Through dynamic games, everyone learns not only the basics of double dutch, but also discovers the physical and social benefits of this discipline.

An Urban Art Accessible to All

One of the strengths of double dutch is its accessibility: it requires only two ropes and a small space.
Born in the neighbourhoods of New York, double dutch has evolved to become both a sport and an art, rooted in hip-hop culture.
This initiation allows participants to discover a form of authentic street art that is practised easily and encourages group cohesion.

A Enriching and Memorable Experience

Our initiations offer a rich and engaging experience.
Participants interact with our passionate professionals, discover the history of double dutch, and leave with unique memories.

The goal: have fun, meet personal and collective challenges, and leave with a smile and new skills.

Duration:

  • Free initiation: 2 to 7 hours

  • Discovery initiation: 30 minutes to 1 hour
