Double Dutch Initiation at the Maurecourt Sports Festival 2025

On Saturday 14 June, get ready to enjoy a lively moment: a 15-minute interactive show followed by 1 hour of free Double Dutch initiation awaits you in Maurecourt!

Rediscover sport as a family

The Maurecourt Sports Festival in movement returns on Saturday 14 June 2025, from 10 am to 6 pm, with a mix of free activities for all ages: impressive demonstrations, fun games, food trucks and meetings with local associations.
In this friendly setting, our Double Dutch initiation will be led by The RopeStylers, one of the highlights of the event.

Interactive show: 15 minutes of live performance

Three experienced coaches from The RopeStylers (multi-title collective in France and internationally) will offer:

Synchronised combos and acrobatics highlighting the urban poetry of Double Dutch.

Live commentary to explain figures and rules.

Audience participation at the end of the show: jumpers already warmed up!

1 hour to learn… and adopt the rope!

Right after the show, take part in the free initiation:

Rotating groups for children, teenagers and adults.

Technical advice step-by-step (grips, rhythm, safety).

Fun progression: start with basics, then rhythmic jumps.

Sale of quality ropes from €10 — come equipped to continue at home!
